This add is from Grace Henry Hospital in 1917 Tulsa, Oklahoma, written by W.H. Sims. Dr. William Henry Sims, born in mid-19th century Mississippi, specifically Meridian Choctaw territory. He later migrated with his parents and family to Indian Territory in Oklahoma. After completing his grade school education, Sims completed college and later became a graduate of Meharry Medical College. He married Alice P. Sims and had six children, five of whom survived after the massacre. WH. Sims owned over 100 acres of land in Oklahoma, and he was a prominent entrepreneur and community leader, also owning Grace Henry Hospital.
